lol tada~ my first serious attempt at drawing a chibi >u<
it actually came out okay yay! lol its just fanart of tianyi, A CHINESE VOCALOID OuO!!! (i is chinese LOL YESH!!!) i haven't heard any of the voices yet but i thought the designs were so kawaii owo couldn't decide which to draw but i ended up drawing her cuz she has that flying cotton ball owo feel free to give me any tips since im still not good at drawing chibis ;n;
